📜 Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Applicability

This policy applies to all digital products sold via OrderMarket. By purchasing through our app, users agree to these terms.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Before Delivery/Download Starts
    Users may cancel their order before the digital product is delivered or made available. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of cancellation.

  • After Delivery/Download Begins
    Once the product is delivered or download access is granted, the sale is final and non‑refundable, except in cases of technical failure where the product is unusable.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  1. Failed Delivery
    If the product fails to deliver due to technical issues (server error, file corruption, etc.), users are entitled to a full refund or a free re‑delivery attempt.

  2. Non‑Functional Product
    Should the purchased product be defective or unusable in advertised form, users can request a refund within 7 calendar days of download. We may request logs or screenshots to assess the issue.

  3. Change of Mind
    If the user simply changes their mind after access is granted, no refund will be provided, following standard digital‑goods 

4. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

To initiate cancellation or refund, users should:

  1. Go to Profile → Orders in the app.

  2. Select the relevant order.

  3. Tap “Cancel” (before delivery) or “Request Refund” (after delivery).

  4. Provide a clear reason and any supporting evidence if the product is faulty.

Our support team will review requests and respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Refund Process Overview

  • Refunds always return to the original payment method.

  • Delivery failures or product defects warrant a full refund.

  • Neither shipping nor VAT/GST fees apply to digital goods; hence, they are irrelevant to refunds.

6. Right to Refuse or Modify

  • We may deny refunds for reasons including:

    • Evidence of product misuse or violation of Terms of Service.

    • Disputed claim lacking verifiable proof.

  • OrderMarket reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. All changes apply to new orders only.
